We are happy to respond to any Request for Proposal (RFP) you wish to submit
with a formal proposal to your organisation. Our flexible nature
allows us to scale quickly and easily to your requirements, and we also have
access to a large range of high-quality consultants to meet your needs.
We understand that many companies may not know at this stage exactly what they are looking to deliver.
Even if you only have the basic goals set out at this stage, Schiraz can work with you to map the steps to achieve those goals.
What to include with your RFP
Please be sure to include the following details with your RFP so that
we can provide you with an accurate proposal.
- A brief background on your company, your current eBusiness services and your existing IT infrastructure.
- An overview of what you would like to achieve, and an outline of the timescales involved.
- An indication of your budget for the project.
- Contact details for a representative of your organisation so that we can discuss the proposal with you.
All RFPs received and proposals developed are treated in the strictest confidence.

What our response will include
All of our formal proposal responses include a detailed analysis of your requirements and our proposed solutions.
Where applicable we will also include recommendations and suggestions provided by our consultants during the proposal process.
We normally provide a choice of solutions to fit a range of budgets, all of which are of course flexible. We are happy to discuss
and amend the proposal to fit your exact needs.
When to expect our formal response
The size and complexity of the proposal govern how quickly we respond with a proposal.
As a guideline we normally provide a formal proposal within 10 working days.
